Politically , it is a part of the socialist cause under the leader2ship of the Communist Party of China ; In thought , it stems from the news thoughts of Marxism ; Economically , it is of commercialized management based on market operation . However , there is a phenomenon of“instru2 ment of propaganda ”and of lacking legality on contemporary“dualized ”news dissemination. The reformation and development of“dualized ”news dissemination should make for the dual track system ,realize graded man2 agement and legalization.Key words : undertakings of news dissemination ; unevent development of politics ; cultural p sychological impact ;current situation of development ; double track development ; differentiated control ; legalization中国当代新闻传播事业是具有中国特色的新闻传播事业 ,它是政治上集中统一领导 ,经济上市场化的一种新闻传 播事业 。对中国当代新闻传播事业的定义和特点 ,我们可以从三个方面来分析 。在政治上 ,它是中国共产党领导下的社会主义事业的一部分 ,接受中国共产党的领导和监督 。在思 想上 ,是源自于马克思主义新闻思想 ,并结合中国新闻事业 的具体实际发展而成 ,形成以“全民办报 、全党办报”、“党和人民的喉舌”等中国特色的新闻理论思想为指导 。在经济上实行是的企业化经营 ,市场化运作 。我国近现代新闻传播事业的发展 ,经历了 外人办报时 期 ,资产阶级办报时期 、无产阶级办报等多种时期 ,最后随着我国无产阶级革命事业的发展和新中国的确立 ,我国建立了以马克思新闻思想为指导的新闻传播事业 。中国新闻传播 事业体制的建立 ,不是一个单纯的舶来品 ,而是根植于中国 这块土地上结出的果实 ,它的产生和发展与中国无产阶级革命发展以及传统文化 ,政治经济等密切相关 。笔者试从以下收稿日期 :2004 - 04 - 29作者简介 :邹细林 (1979 - ) ,男 ,江西新余
