婴儿牛奶蛋白过敏性腹泻应用深度水解蛋白配方奶粉治疗效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨深度水解蛋白配方奶粉治疗婴儿牛奶蛋白过敏性腹泻的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年1月-2015年9月接诊的婴儿牛奶蛋白过敏性腹泻患儿50例作为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料，按照随机数字表法分为两组，两组都回避牛奶食品，对照组采用游离氨基酸奶粉（纽康特）疗法，研究组采用深度水解蛋白配方奶粉（纽肽特）疗法。观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：研究组总有效率为100%，对照组为76.0%，研究组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组复发率为0，对照组为12.0%，研究组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：深度水解蛋白配方奶粉治疗婴儿牛奶蛋白过敏性腹泻可取得不错的效果，能帮助患儿改善临床症状，值得借鉴。 　　【关键词】 婴儿； 牛奶蛋白过敏性腹泻； 深度水解蛋白配方奶粉； 治疗 　　中图分类号 R725.7 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）27-0113-02 　　Effect Study of Depth Hydrolyzed Protein Formula Applied in Baby with Milk Protein Allergy Diarrhea/ZOU Su-juan，LI Wen-bin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（27）：113-114 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of depth hydrolyzed protein infant formula applied in baby with milk protein allergy diarrhea.Method：From January 2013 to September 2015，50 cases of baby milk protein allergy diarrhea patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects，their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the method of random numbers they were divided into two groups，all patients avoided milk food，the control group received free amino acid milk powder（new kt） treatment，the research group was given depth hydrolyzed protein infant formula（new peptide）.The effect was compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the research group was 100%，higher than 76.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The recurrence rate of the research group was 0，lower than 12.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Depth hydrolyzed protein infant formula applied in baby with milk protein allergy diarrhea can obtain good effect，it can help children improve clinical symptoms，which is worth using for reference. 　　【Key words】 Infant； Milk protein allergy diarrhea； Depth hydrolyzed protein formula； Treatment 　　First-author’s address：Children’s Hospital of Okanagan Valley Area Maternity and Child Care Center
