金属铸锻焊技术 Casting·Forging·Welding 2009 年 8 月 ● 焊接技术 ● AZ31B 镁合金搅拌摩擦焊工艺优化 于思荣,陈显君,刘耀辉 (吉林大学 材料科学与工程学院,吉林 长春 130025) 摘 要:采用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)对 AZ31B 及加 0.5%Ce 的 AZ31B 镁合金板材进行焊接试验。 通过正交试验 对 FSW 焊接工艺参数进行了优化。 对于 AZ31B 镁合金,FSW 最佳工艺方案为:轴肩下压量 0.19 mm,转速 1400 r/min,焊速 40 mm/min;对于添加 0.5%Ce 的 AZ31B 镁合金 ,FSW 焊接的最佳工艺方案为 :轴肩下压量 0.17 mm, 焊速 40 mm/min, 转速 1300 r/min。 对加 0.5%Ce 的 AZ31B 镁合金 FSW 正交试验分析得出的最佳方案进行了验 证,结果表明,焊接接头的拉伸强度为 250.76 MPa,延伸率为 8.56%,断裂位置为热影响区。 关键词: AZ31B 镁合金;搅拌摩擦焊;工艺优化 中图分类号:TG465 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-3814(2009)15-0088-02 Process Optimization of Friction Stir Welding of AZ31B Magnesium Alloy YU Sirong, CHEN Xianjun, LIU Yaohui (College of Materials Science and Engineering, Jilin University, Changchun 130025, China) Abstract: The AZ31B and AZ31B with 0.5%Ce magnesium alloy sheets were welded by friction stir welding (FSW). The process parameters of FSW were optimized by orthogonal tests. For AZ31B magnesium alloy, the best process parameters were that the axial shoulder pressing distance was 0.19 mm, the rotation speed of the stir head was 1400 r/min, and the welding speed was 40 mm/min. For AZ31B magnesium alloy with 0.5%Ce, the best process parameters were that the axial shoulder pressing distance was 0.17 mm, the welding speed was 40 mm/min, and the rotation speed of the stir head was 1300 r/min. The best process parameters obtained from the orthogonal tests of AZ31B magnesium alloy with 0.5%Ce were verified. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded joint is 250.76 MPa and the elongation is 8.56% . The fracture position is in the heat-affected zone. It is obvious that the tensile strength of the welded joint obtained from the best process parameters is the highest among those testing data in the orthogonal test. Key words: AZ31B magnesium alloy; friction stir welding; process optimization 焊接是形成结构件的重要连接方法之一,镁 合金作为一种新型高性能结构材料, 在实际应用 当中必然会采用焊接结构。 然而, 由于镁合金特 殊的热、电性能及易氧化的特点,采用传统的焊接 方法易引起焊后残余应力大、应力腐蚀开裂敏感, 还易产生气孔、夹渣、飞溅等缺陷。
