FDI对我国产业结构升级影响研究

摘要

外商直接投资从改革开放以来，在我国发展迅猛，目前已经成为我国经济中

不可或缺的重要组成部分。众所周知，外商直接投资与东道国的产业结构升级有

着紧密的关系，因此，在我国产业结构转型时期，探索FDI对我国的产业结构升

级的影响有着重要意义。

本文在介绍外商直接投资在我国发展历程及一般特点的基础上,重点分析了

外商直接投资对我国产业结构的影响.首先,将我国引进FDI的过程划分为三个阶

段,梳理出我国引进FDI过程中的一般特点:一是来源地集中；二是投资模式主要

为绿地投资。第二，结合我国的产业结构现状，分析外商直接投资对我国产业间

结构和产业内结构的影响。FDI的流入直接改变了我国三次产业结构间的比重，由

以第二产业为主过渡到以第三产业为主。从产业内部看，第二产业内部制造业占

据绝对主导，第三产业内部发展则较为均衡。此外，FDI的流入所带来的技术、资

金等溢出效应间接地提高了我国本土企业的技术水平和自主创新能力，加快了我

国本土企业的成长。面对我国经济新形势,我国应从以下方面进一步提高利用外资

水平:我国政府应进一步完善引资政策，变“引资”为“选资”，同时鼓励本土企

业提高自主创新能力，引导我国产业整体迈向中高端;本土企业应增强自身吸收外

资能力和自主创新能力。二者合力，达到进一步优化我国产业结构的目的。
