河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 基于温度补偿的高精度压力变送器的研究 基于温度补偿的高精度压力变送器的研究 iii iii PAGE PAGE iv 基于温度补偿的高精度压力变送器的研究 摘 要 随着数字信号处理技术的发展,压力变送器逐渐向着数字化、高精度化的方向发展, 但是在工业使用中,由于压力传感器存在着温度漂移的现象,导致压力的测量产生一定的 误差,这是影响压力变送器测量精度的主要原因。因此,要采取温度补偿得措施消来除温 度变化引起的测量误差。 本文对压阻式压力传感器的结构和防止温度漂移的方法进行了深入研究,提出了一种 基于温度补偿原理的高精度压力变送器的设计方案,并详细介绍了其硬件电路的设计方案 及其软件的实现,并针对变送器在日常使用中遇到的问题的提出了自己的解决方案。 在实际的设计中,采用 TI 的 MSP430f149 作为控制核心,以模块化的思想设计了智能 压力变送器的硬件电路,并编写了采用软件算法进行温度补偿处理的检测系统,本系统采 用曲线多项式拟合的软件算法对测量数据进行补偿处理。由于软件补偿法具有精度高、速 度快、稳定性好、可靠性高等优点,从而实现了对压阻式压力传感器温度漂移的高精度补 偿。 关键词: 压阻式压力传感器,温度补偿,msp430,modbus PAGE PAGE vii PAGE PAGE vi TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION BASED ON THE STUDY OF HIGH-PRECISION PRESSURE TRANSMITTER Abstract With the development of digital signal processing technology, pressure transmitters gradually toward the digital, high-precision-oriented direction. But because of the temperature drifting, there are always errors when they are used in industry .And it’s the main factor which affect the measurement accuracy of pressure transmitter. Therefore, we take temperature compensation to eliminate the errors caused by temperature changes. In this paper, the structures of piezoresistive pressure transducer are studied and finally find out the measures to prevent temperature drifting. We also propose a theory based on temperature compensation of high-precision pressure transmitter. and detail my own solution for the problems in daily use. In this paper, we take TIs MSP430f149 as the controlling core, and design a intelligent hardware circuit for the pressure transmitter. And there is also a Detection system made by software used for temperature compensation. The method of Software algorithms in this system is polynomial curve fitting. For the high precision and speed, good stability and perfect reliability, software compensation has realized the high-precision compensation for piezoresistive pressure transducer caused by temperature drifting.
