研究论文 腐植酸 2016 年第4期 风化煤腐植酸活化效果研究及其缓释肥生产工艺探讨 吴钦泉1,2 路艳艳1,2 陈士更1,2 洪丕征1,2 吴凤林1,2 郭新送1,2 丁方军1,2,3* (1 山东农大肥业科技有限公司 泰安 271000 2 山东省腐植酸高效利用工程技术研究中心 泰安 271000 3 山东农业大学资源与环境学院 泰安 271018) 摘 要:为提高风化煤中腐植酸的活化效率,采用氢氧化钾和熔融尿素的活化及络合工艺,对风化煤中的惰性 腐植酸进行脲碱双效活化。结果显示,与未处理的样品相比,活化后的样品总腐植酸含量增加4.0%~6.4%, 游离腐植酸含量增加2.6%~3.9%,水溶性腐植酸含量提高15.67~25.75倍。结合常规复合肥生产工艺,将脲 碱活化后的腐脲液喷浆造粒,形成活性腐植酸缓释肥。该工艺将风化煤腐植酸双效活化与复合肥生产相结合, 操作简单、成本低、生产能力大,具有极好的应用前景。 关键词:风化煤 活化 活性腐植酸缓释肥 生产工艺 中图分类号:TQ314.1,TQ444.6 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1671-9212(2016)04-0030-04 Research on the Activation Effects of Weathered Coal Humic Acid and Discussion about the Production Process of Its Slow-release Fertilizer Wu Qinquan1, 2, Lu Yanyan1, 2, Chen Shigeng1, 2, Hong Pizheng1, 2, Wu Fenglin1, 2, Guo Xinsong1, 2, Ding Fangjun1, 2, 3* (1 Shandong Agricultural University Fertilizer Science and Technology Co.
