RESEARCH ON THE KEY TECHNOLOGY OF BUTTON CELL INSPECTION BASED ON VISION
ABSTRACT
With the development of modern industrial manufacturing technology, the traditional manual inspection method can not meet the needs of the manufacturing sector. Inspection technology based on computer vision, who has a broad application prospect, has become a current hot spot inspection research in the field. In this paper, a set of practical button cell online visual inspection solutions is proposed by the research on the key technology of button cell inspection based on vision, and then the button cell online visual inspection system would be completed.
In this paper, firstly, the overall design of visual inspection system is determined, include LabVIEW software development environment and hardware such as light source, camera; Secondly, there is an introduction of the image processing algorithms in the applied visual inspection field, especially image binarization and matching algorithm; Thirdly, we develop the problems of button cell identification, inspection and the operative part of button batteries automatic production line through the experimental analysis and other methods; At last, the paper shows the develop steps, user interface and flow chart of the programs in the button cell online visual inspection system in detail, include image acquisition, image processing, template production, matching settings, communications settings, the main program between the host computer and production line controller.
Button cell online visual inspection system is user-friendly , flexible and convenient in operation . The system can quickly identify the brand of button cell, assess the quality of its surface. Because of the seamless integration with the button cell automated production lines, it hold the qualified button cell and remove the unqualified ones automatically with high speed and accuracy unity, and low labor, who will meet the requirements of button cell inspe
