3、若甲方与业主在未签订租赁合同前交换联系方式或在六个月内、与乙方介绍之房屋业主自行成交、通过其他中介与乙方带看过的房屋业主自行成交、将我公司提供的房源信息提供给其他个人或公司发生以上情况视为乙方代理成功，甲方愿意依照本协议办理，付三倍月租金给乙方作为赔偿金。
本委托书甲乙双方签字生效，并可以传真形式签字生效。
