摘 要
本次设计生产的是侧弯支座,零件外形虽然比较简单,但成形工艺复杂,包括冲裁和多次弯曲。而且精度要求比较高,形状比较复杂,生产批量大。通过工艺性分析,工序为落料、冲孔和弯曲。为了适应大批量生产的要求,采用级进模制造,能很好的解决上述问题。原料为2A12M,采用自动送料器和自动送料装置送料。
模架采用四导柱四导套结构和弹性卸料板,并在卸料板和固定板之间设置辅助导向机构的小导柱和小导套,保证卸料板有足够的运动精度。

ABSTRACT
What this design produces is a lateral support, the accuracy has higher request, the shape is more complicated, produce batch quantity big, pass craft analysis, work preface all for fall to anticipate with blunt bore and bending. Adopting the class enters a mold manufacturing, can be good to resolve these problems. The raw material selects the 2A12M material, the adoption sends to anticipate a machine automatically and sends to anticipate device to send to anticipate automatically.
The mold adopts four lead pillar and Four sets of lead and flexibility of the bead, and be unloading to anticipate plank and fix plank of the constitution lend support to direction organization-small lead pillar with small lead a set, assurance unloads to anticipate the plank contain enough sport accuracy.
