摘 要
针对塑料制品厂的实际情况,根据现行的相关国家技术和设计标准,并适当考虑到工厂未来负荷的发展情况,按照安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理的要求,提出了塑料制品厂总配变电所及配电系统的设计方案。
变电所是电气系统的一个重要的组成部分,通过分析和讨论本设计所担负的任务及其负荷情况,根据负荷统计方法统计出所有用电设备的计算负荷,确定配电系统无功功率补偿及控制方式。同时进行变压器的选择,从而确定变电站的主接线方式,根据主接线的方式及系统的不同运行方式,进行了短路电流计算,从而选择变电站高低压侧的电气设备,并根据系统的最大运行方式校验了个电气设备。文章中,讨论了无功功率补偿及控制方式和继电保护原理和变电站设备的继电保护,并针对本次设计提出了相应设计方案。

Abstract
For the actual situation of the plastic products factory can get and based on the related design standards, according to the existing relevant national technical and design standards and taking into account of the development of products load, according to safe reliable, technological advance and the economical reasonable request, a design plan for the distribution transformer stations electrical system of the garden is presented in this paper.
Substation is an important part of the electrical system, through the analysis and discussion of the role of the substation and its load, according to the method of load calculation, getting the result of the calculated load. At the same time, determines how the reactive power compensation of distribution systems and control. Simultaneous selection of transformers, which determines how the main wiring in substations, according to the main-line system and different method of operation, calculation of short circuit current, to choose high and low voltage electrical equipment in substation, and calibrating the electrical equipment according to the systems maximum running mode. In the article, the reactive power compensation and its rationale and Substation relay protection is discussed, and come out a corresponding plan for this design.
