摘要: 作为应用极为广泛的基础零部件,滚动轴承的承载能力对主机的工作性能有着重要的影响。由于涉及复杂的接触力学问题,对轴承特别是新型轴承的承载能力进行定量的计算仍具有相当的难度。比较了解析方法和有限元方法在计算滚动轴承承载性能时的优缺点,并综合这两种方法,应用面向对象的编程技术,开发了计算滚动轴承(含滚动轴承、回转支承、轴连轴承及轴系)动、静承载能力的专用软件。以回转支承为例,计算了一种非标型号的静载、动载曲线及螺栓承载曲线。实践表明,开发的专用计算软件具有使用方便、计算速度快、精确度高等优点,是进行轴承自主设计和分析的有力工具。

A Software for Computing and Analyzing the Load-carrying Capability of Roller Bearings: Its Design, Implementation and Application

Abstract: As one of the widely used mechanical components, roller bearings directly influence the performance of the main machine. Due to the complex contact conditions between the rollers and the races, it is still rather challenging to quantitatively estimate the load-carrying capability of the non-standard bearings. Two commonly used methods, i.e., the analytical or semi-analytical methods and the finite element methods are compared in the present study. By combining the two methods, a computation tool was developed to calculate and optimize the load-carrying capability of roller bearings. A typical type of slew bearing was analyzed and its static loading curve, dynamic loading curve and the bolt loading curves were generated as an example. It was shown that the method is very efficient and reliable. Development and deployment of the software would provide valuable assistance to design and optimize new roller bearings.
