金属波纹补偿器结构优化设计 摘 要金属波纹补偿器关键词: Design of The Metal Corrugated Compensator Structure Optimization Abstract:Metal corrugation compensator is mainly used in various pipes to mediate the various displacement. This project is based on a large amount of domestic and foreign literatures. It starting from the discussion of the design of metal compensator which satisfies certain requirements. The compensator is composed of two parts: the bellows and flange. Firstly, it used CAE finite element software (ANSYS) to parameterize and mesh different corrugated pipe models generated by different schemes. Secondly, some constraint conditions were added to conduct solution analysis, fatigue analysis and structure optimization. Thirdly, a comparative conforming finite element model was established. The influence of mechanical properties of corrugated pipe on its mechanical structure property was known by means of studying and discussing the structure performance and the rule of its stress and deformation of corrugated pipe in depth. A corrugation compensator that fits for working requirement is finally designed. At the same time, the corresponding of structural parameters, wave number, wall thickness and pitch of waves to its properties were analyzed. Besides, ANSYS software was used to conduct modeling analysis to flange plate to make sure it meets the design requirements.
