螺紋牙傷檢測系統之開發 Development of a Screw Threads-Damaged Inspection System 研究生:李禾釩 Li, He-Fan 指導教授:林宜弘 Lin, Yi-hong 【摘要】 隨著國際市場對螺絲產品的品質要求提升,國內廠商對螺絲的檢測技術也逐漸重視,傳統的檢測技術已不符目前市場所需。本研究主旨在開發一套螺紋牙傷檢測系統,螺絲常運用於定位與結合上,當螺牙損傷時,在安裝組裝時可能會造成系統中的潛在危險,而台灣對於此方面之研究並不多,故本文針對螺牙的牙傷開發出一套檢測系統。 本研究運用直流馬達電壓的類比訊號變化,判斷螺牙的好壞,並與目前業界常用的螺紋塞規與環規做比較,與本研究開發之螺紋牙傷檢測系統量測驗證之誤差,來評估檢測系統的準確性與可行性,提供螺牙檢測之用。 最後本研究所開發螺紋牙傷檢測系統,取代傳統量測之,以減少業界對於螺牙檢測時,時間與人力等資源成本的耗費,提供業界在各種螺牙上重要之量測設備。 關鍵字:直流馬達、螺紋塞規與環規、螺紋牙傷 【Abstract】 With the need of higher quality screw product from the international market, domestic manufactures are adjusting their inspection technology accordingly, as the traditional methods are no longer fit for the current market. The purpose of this research is to develop a system for screw thread inspection. When screws are applied in securing and linking parts, damages to the screw threads are potentially dangerous to the structural system. Taiwan lacks sufficient researches on this particular field; thus, this study will develop an inspection system for screw thread damages. The study uses the analog signal influx of D/C motor voltage to detect the condition of screw thread. It then compares the thread plug gauge and thread ring gauge most commonly used in related industries, and assesses the developed inspection system for experimental errors, inaccuracy, and applicability. Finally, this study replaces the traditional inspection technique with the one developed in the research, in order to reduce the unnecessary time, labor, and cost spent on screw thread damage inspections, providing related industries with the necessary equipment needed for inspections.
