企业产品质量反馈系统 摘要随着计算机技术的快速发展，特别是计算机网络的发展，Internet已经成为人们生活、工作、学习不可或缺的平台。Web技术已经不再局限于单纯地提供信息服务，而是日益成为一个操作平台，为用户提供强大的服务功能。在目前竞争激烈的市场经济大潮中，产品质量已经不再是可谈可不谈的问题，顾客对产品质量的反馈成为了一个企业完善自身产品质量的一个重要手段。因此，基于B/S体系架构创建这个企业产品质量反馈系统。 本系统是一个基本的产品质量反馈系统，采用数据库与ASP.NET编程相结合的技术，支持信息的动态维护和发布、意见栏管理、用户管理和权限管理，实现用户注册、登录、产品信息查询、产品质量信息反馈栏设计、厂家反馈处理意见栏设计、尚未处理和已经处理的质量信息查询、企业质量管理规定的浏览、质量管理责任人等有关信息的查询浏览等诸多功能。能够在功能、用户界面、安全性等方面实现用户与企业之间及时交流和信息管理等的需求。支持用户、企业以及游客使用。最终构建一个用户和企业之间交流、用户对产品质量反馈、企业对反馈意见处理的平台。 关键词质量反馈；SQL Server2000；ASP.NET Abstract Along with computer technologys fast development,specially computer networks development,Internet already became the people to live,the work,to study the indispensable platform.The Web technology already no longer limited to provides the information service purely,but day by day becomes a service platform,provides the formidable service function for the user.In the present competition intense market economy flood tide,the product quality already no longer was may discuss may not discuss the question,the customer has consummated own product quality to a product qualitys feedback into enterprise important means.Therefore, founds this enterprise product quality feedback system based on the B/S system construction.
