摘要:
本文针对电力供应安全问题,提出了一种基于供应链和鲁棒H∞控制的电力供应安全策略,并在此基础上进行了中期研究。本文首先分析了电力供应链的特点和影响电力供应安全的因素,明确了该策略的研究目标和基本思路。其次,提出了一种基于供应链的电力供应安全评价模型,利用模型对电力供应链进行了风险分析和评估。进一步地,采用鲁棒H∞控制方法设计了电力供应链的鲁棒控制器,提高了电力供应链的稳定性和鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真实验和案例分析验证了该策略的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:
This paper proposes a power supply security strategy based on supply chain and robust H∞ control, and conducts mid-term research on this basis. Firstly, the characteristics of the power supply chain and the factors affecting the security of the power supply are analyzed, and the research goals and basic ideas of the strategy are clarified. Secondly, a supply chain-based power supply security evaluation model is proposed, and the risk analysis and evaluation of the power supply chain are carried out using the model. Furthermore, a robust controller for the power supply chain is designed using the robust H∞ control method to improve the stability and robustness of the power supply chain. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy are verified through simulation experiments and case studies.
