IE訓練教材-新QC七大手法 EDIT BY:Kiwi Wu Issue Date:00’04’23 Introduction The 7 Advanced Tools of Quality are applied to plan and analyse alpha-numeric information as expressed in elements of language Often matrices are used to show a relationship between several elements of language. The analysis of facts and opinions result in activities which reach the formulated goals. For analysis the first five tools are useful. The last two tools are mainly used to plan these activities. Team approach Applying the 7 Advanced Tools of Quality typically is a team activity. A good team must be cross functional. Criteria for this are: 1.Knowledge and experience with the subject (specialism) 2.Experience on the shopfloor 3.Experience of solving problems in a structured way 4.Willingness to work in a team and to become involved in team activities The 7 Advanced Tools The 7 Advanced Tools are: The Affinity Diagram : The Interrelationship Digraph The Tree Diagram The Prioritisation Matrix The Matrix Diagram The Process Decision Program Chart The Activity Network Diagram or Arrow Diagram Tool 1--The Affinity Diagram By brainstorming an Affinity Diagram allows to generate a large number of ideas or issues. We can place this information in natural groupings to understand the essence of problem and to generate solutions. An Affinity Diagram is used in the following way: Define the problem or issue to be discussed. Reach consensus on the choice of words Have a brainstorming session and write the ideas bold on Post-it? notes. Make five to ten related groupings. By consensus create a summary for each related grouping. Interpret the results and define actions.
