Abstract
Effective supervision of drivers has always been a top priority in transportation industry
management. Inrecentyears,withtheriseoftheexpressdeliverybusiness,theproduction
scaleofthetransportationindustryhasbeengreatlyexpanded,andwiththedevelopmentof
new technologies such as the Internet of Things, the use of on-board monitors to monitor
the behavior of drivers has gradually become the mainstream. This article uses the vehicle
driving information provided by the on-board monitors of 450 freight cars of an enterprise
tobuildamodeltodeterminewhetherthedrivingbehaviorofthedriverisdangerous. The
specificstepsareasfollows:
First,brieflydescribetheinformationrecordedbythecarmonitor. Secondly,itisextracted
from the original data through feature engineering: rapid acceleration and deceleration per
100kilometers,sharpturnsper100kilometers,idlespeedratio,whethertherearedangerous
driving characteristics of fatigue driving, and scores according to different characteristics
