摘 要
随着网络经济、知识经济及经济全球化的发展,企业面临的经营环境和管理模式等发生了翻天覆地的变化,企业间的竞争已经转化为价值链与价值链之间的竞争,价值链分析与运用己成为现代企业关注的核心问题。企业的任务就是为顾客创造和传递价值。产品生产者与供应商、分销商、服务商以及最终用户之间在价值的生产和实现上相互依存。以浙江省诸暨市同森针织厂为例,从企业纵向价值链伙伴角度,分析出诸暨市袜业加工企业的纵向价值链具有价值链伙伴关系不稳定、应该增值的原料采购环节未实现增值、价值链前向整合空间较大的特点。在以上分析的基础上,提出了改进袜业加工企业纵向价值链的相应措施:加强与上游供应商合作环节的稳定性、对纵向价值链进行前向整合、吸引外部投资延长企业价值链等。

With the development of the network economy, knowledge economy and economic globalization, enterprises are facing the business environment and the management mode which has undergone enormous changes, competition among enterprises has been transformed into the competition of value chain. The competition between value chain analysis uses has become a core concern of modern businesses. The job of enterprises is to create and deliver value for customers. Producers with suppliers, distributors, service providers and end users realize the value of production and interdependent. With the Tong Sen Knitting Mill in Zhejiang Zhuji for instance, from the view of business lengthways value chain colleague, to conclude the analysis of those sock industry has the problem of instability colleague relationship, the raw material procure link should be increased is unrealized, the value chain of forward direction integration space is too bigger. On the basis of mentioned analysis, put forward the corresponding measures of value chain as follows: Enhance and upper the supplier link of stability, progress the lengthways value chain forward direction integration, attraction the outside invests to lengthen an enterprise value chain.
