宠物救助及领养平台是一个专注于宠物保护和幸福的在线平台。它致力于连接那些需要帮助的宠物与愿意给予它们关爱的家庭。通过这个平台，人们可以报告丢失的宠物、寻求救助资源，以及浏览可领养的宠物信息。该平台不仅提供了一个渠道，让宠物们找到温暖的家，也为爱心人士提供了机会，给予那些无家可归的动物第二次生命。同时，它还倡导宠物的健康与福利，提供相关的教育和资源，以确保每一个宠物都能得到适当的照顾和关爱。宠物救助及领养平台是一个连接爱心与宠物的桥梁，为创造一个更友善、更温暖的宠物世界而努力。

本论文将总体分析宠物救助及领养平台需求，再从不同角度分析具体功能需求，运用Java相关技术，采用MySQL数据库，讨论如何设计并实现一个宠物救助及领养平台管理系统。分析和设计主要从管理员、救助者和用户三个角色上展开研究，介绍了各个功能模块的实现，并通过系统测试对宠物救助及领养平台管理系统进行调试，将各个功能的测试结果与期望设计进行逐一比对，找出BUG和欠缺之处，从而进一步优化改进系统。

Abstract

PetRescueAdoptionisanonlineplatformfocusedonpetprotectionandwell-being.Itconnectspetsinneedwithfamilieswholoveandcareforthem.Throughtheplatform,peoplecanreportlostpets,findrescueresources,andviewinformationaboutpetsavailableforadoption.Theplatformnotonlyprovidesachannelforpetstofindwarmhomes,butalsoanopportunityforcaringpeopletogivehomelessanimalsasecondchanceatlife.Italsoadvocatesforthehealthandwelfareofpets,providingeducationandresourcestoensurethateverypetisproperlycaredforandloved.ThePetRescueandAdoptionPlatformisabridgebetweenloveandpets,strivingtocreateakinderandwarmerpetworld.
