摘要

随着社会老龄化程度不断加深，空巢老人的健康管理成为一个日益重要的问题。为了更好地关注和管理空巢老人的健康状况，本文利用SpringBoot框架和MySQL数据库，结合微信小程序等技术，设计并实现了一套基于微信小程序的空巢老人健康管理系统。

本文针对空巢老人健康管理问题，提出一种基于小程序的解决方案。通过整合互联网、移动互联网、智能硬件等技术手段，构建一个便捷、可靠的空巢老人健康管理系统，以提高空巢老人的生活质量和健康水平。本系统将整合空巢老人的健康信息，并通过小程序实现在线健康管理功能。空巢老人可以通过小程序记录自己的健康数据，包括体重、血压、血糖等信息，并通过系统生成健康报告，实时监测自己的健康状况。同时，系统还将提供健康建议和医疗服务信息，帮助空巢老人更好地管理自己的健康问题。

该系统包括社区工作人员、社区管理人员、健康文章、健康视频、健康咨询、咨询回复、医生预约、健康监测、检查报告等功能模块。社区工作人员可以通过系统对空巢老人进行健康管理和关怀，及时了解他们的健康状况，并提供健康咨询和指导。空巢老人可以通过系统获取健康文章、观看健康视频，进行健康监测，并与医生预约诊疗等。

通过该系统，可以实现对空巢老人的全方位健康管理，提高他们的生活质量和健康水平。同时，通过线上服务和信息共享，减少空巢老人的社会隔离感和孤独感。未来，可以进一步完善系统功能，扩大服务范围，为更多空巢老人提供专业的健康管理服务。
