本科毕业论文 （20_ _届） 供应链环境下上海家化公司物流外包模式探讨 摘 要 传统的“纵向一体化”模式已经不适应当前技术更新快、投资成本高、竞争全球化的大环境。未来企业的竞争将集中在供应链上，强调供应链整体绩效最大化。物流活动是供应链的重要环节，物流外包作为现代企业采用的一种物流形式，越来越受到企业的关注。对物流外包模式进行研究有助于企业选择适合自身的物流外包模式，改变我国目前物流外包发展较落后的局面。 本文在我国物流外包发展现状及存在问题研究的基础上，对制造型企业物流外包需求和模式进行分析，同时以上海家化公司的供应链为基础，提出适合上海家化公司的物流外包模式——基于原料JIT采购和VMI的物流外包模式。使其提高运作效率和降低成本，促进企业的发展，并为该行业的物流外包提供参考。 关键词：供应链；物流外包；上海家化公司；外包模式Abstract The traditional vertical integration model has not adapted to the current technical updates fast, high investment costs, global competition environment. In the future, competition will focus on the supply chain, emphasis on maximizing supply chain performance. Logistics is an important part of supply chain, enterprises increasingly concerned about the logistics outsourcing. Doing research on logistics outsourcing model can help enterprises choose the right mode of logistics outsourcing, changing logistics outsourcing development less advanced situation in our country. This article basis on the development of logistics outsourcing status and its problems, to analysis manufacturing enterprises’ logistics outsourcing needs and its model, at the same time, based on Jahwa Company’s supply chain to put forward appropriate logistics outsourcing model棗bJIT purchasing of raw materials and VMI logistics outsourcing model.
