混合氯化石蜡中短链氯化石蜡定量分析方法的比较

摘要:分别采用总体响应因子校正法和多元线性回归法对混合氯化石蜡中短链氯化石蜡进行定量分析,结果表明:
两种方法均能较好地排除中链氯化石蜡的干扰,从而提高了短链氯化石蜡的定量准确性;但是两种方法均对标准
曲线的浓度范围存在一定的依赖性,在使用这两种方法进行定量分析时,应将样品稀释到标准曲线适用的浓度范
围。 另外,相对于总体响应因子校正法,多元线性回归法定量范围更广。

Abstract:Total response factor correction method andmultiple linear regression methodwere
adoptedtoquantifythesumofshort chainchlorinatedparaffins (SCCPs)inchlorinatedparaffin
mixtures. Both methodswerebased on electron capturenegativeionization mass spectrometry.
The results showedthat high SCCPs quantitative accuracies were obtainedby the two methods
both with eliminating the potential interferences of mediumchain chlorinated paraffins.
However,both two methods were slightly dependent on the ranges of calibration solutions.
Dilution of the sample solution was necessary when performing these two methods. Besides,
multiple linear regression method was suitable for more wide⁃quantitative⁃range of SCCPs than
total response factor correction method.
