第一部分:空压机运行及余热回收原理
螺杆空气压缩机长期连续的运行过程中,把电能转换为机械能,机械能转换为高压压缩空气。在机械能转换为高压压缩空气过程中,空气得到强烈的高压压缩,使之温度骤升,这是普通物理学机械能量转换现象,机械螺杆的高速旋转,同时也摩擦发热,这些产生的高热由空压机润滑油的加入混合成油/气蒸汽排出机体,它的温度通常在80℃(冬季)—100℃(夏秋季),这此热能都由于机器运行温度的要求,都被无端地废弃排往大气中,即空压机的散热系统来完成机器运行的温度要求。
因空气压缩机中的两个冷却器共用一套风冷冷却系统时,产生的热量全部回收用途有限,又达不到日常采暖及生活卫生热水所需。为了不增加油和压缩空气的阻力,比较好的方法是更改冷却器的形式,分为高温段和低温段,高温段用来加热回收用水,低温段用传统的水冷冷却。油温一般在69~98度,通常采用板式或者套管式换热器,设计时要求多流程结构,考虑到热回收可能会有停止的时候,但是主机工作不能受到任何影响,所以在设计时就要求不用热回收系统时,主机也能通过现有的冷却系统正常工作。产出的企业职员生活福利热水,严冬也可加热达到50℃以上,夏秋季节可以达到65℃以上。从而解决了企业为福利生活热水长期经济支付的沉重负担。第部分:空压机热水机特点

我们的产品是根据空压机工作要求的条件设计的。螺杆空压机的机油温度要求在65℃至95℃之间,最佳温度是75℃至85℃。我们的热水机使用的循环水泵是高温泵,水泵的电机采用变频电机,电机是由变频器执行,水泵的泵水量是根据水温直接控制。因为能控制了循环水的流量所以就能控制到机油的温度降。所以,不论是早上,还是下午,不论是夏天,还是冬天
