ResearchObjectives:
TheresearchobjectivesaretoinvestigatethetranslationrulesofendogenouspollutantsinsedimentsofNanfourLakeandtheirrelationshipwithwaterqualityresponse,andtoprovidetheoreticalandpracticalguidanceforwaterpollutioncontrol.
Methodology:
1.Analysisofsedimentsamples:Collectsedimentsamplesfromdifferentdepthsandanalyzetheirphysicochemicalproperties,includingorganicmattercontent,pH,oxidation-reductionpotential,andheavymetalcontent.
2.Measurementofwaterqualityparameters:MeasurethewaterqualityparametersofNanfourLakeatdifferentdepths,includingtemperature,dissolvedoxygen,pH,conductivity,andturbidity.
