热水器水温水位控制装置的设计 【摘要】 在太阳能热水器温控系统中,水温和水位传感器起着举足轻重的作用。系统的分 析了数字式温度传感器DS18B20和耐高温电容式液位传感器分别检测水温和水位的 原理,以AT89S51单片机为核心,主要对单片机最小系统及其扩展、电源电路、显 示电路、模数转换电路、水位及水温检测电路、报警电路进行了详细介绍。还详细 介绍了设计中应用到的主要芯片性能和特点?对智能化、可能性进行了分析,实现水 温和水位、上水测量、显示、报警等功能,并以电磁阀、继电器为阀门开关全自动加 热、上水。在软件设计方面,釆用C语言编程,是由于其易于单片机所识别,执行 速度快。最后述进行了软件仿真。 该热水器设计完善,实现方案简单易行。采用软件设计來控制,可以实现智能 检测水位及水温,智能加热,并且提高了整机的可靠性及准确性。 关键字:单片机;控制;水温水位;传感器 关键词:AT89S51单片机,水温水位,传感器,检测与控制 Abstreict:In the solar energy water heater temperature control system, the water temperaturc and water level sensor is of vital importance. The analysis of the system of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and high temperature resistant capacitive level sensor detection respectively the principle of water temperature and water level to AT89S51 as the core, mainly to the single chip minimize system and its expansion, power supply circuit, show circuit, amalog convcrsion circuit,water level emd water tcmpcraturc detcction circuit, alarm circuit in detail. But also detailed introduces the design of the main application to the performanee and characteristics. For intelligent, possibi 1 ity an al ysis, real i ze the water t empera ture and water 1 evel, she ung shui mcasurcmcnt, display and alarm functions, and as electromdgnctic valve, relay valve fully automatic switch for heating, sheung shui. In the software design, Using C language program, is due to its easy to identify the single chip microcomputer, the execution speed. Finally the simulation software. The water heater design perfect, the implementation scheme is simple. The soft ware designed to cont rol, cam realize int ellig ent dctc cti on water level and water temperature, intelligent heating, and of the engine reliability nd accuracy.
