大黄酚对大鼠海马齿状回突触传递长时程增强的影响

摘 要 目的:研究大黄酚对麻醉大鼠海马齿状回突触传递活动的影响。方法:采用在体细胞外记录长时程增强
(LTP)的电生理学方法,观察侧脑室注射大黄酚(20,10,5ng/L)对海马齿状回基础突触传递活动和高频刺激诱导LTP的
μ
影响,以及给予东莨菪碱后,大黄酚对大鼠海马齿状回高频刺激诱导LTP的影响。结果:大黄酚可剂量依赖性增强大鼠海
马齿状回基础突触传递活动;对于高频刺激诱导LTP现象有增强作用;对抗东莨菪碱对高频刺激诱导LTP的抑制作用。结
论:脑内静脉注射大黄酚可剂量依赖性增强海马齿状回基础突触传递活动和高频刺激所诱导的LTP,其作用机制可能与大
黄酚改善胆碱能系统的功能有关。
