超深井油管断裂失效原因分析

摘要:基于断口形貌、理性能、显微组织及腐蚀产物能谱分析等手段对某油井油管发生断裂的原因进行
分析。结果表明:油管的化学成分和理性能等均满足委托方技术协议的要求;油管断裂主要是由拉伸载荷过大
引起的;油管受到井下流体的温度、压力等变引起形变载荷,导致井下油管承受了较高的拉伸载荷,并且超过
了油管的极限拉伸强度,最终发生屈服断裂;为防止事故再次发生,建议对于油管壁厚的选择、封隔器的下深、
上层套管的材料和规格选择等进行优设计。

Abstract:Basedonfracturemorphology,physicalandchemicalproperties,microstructureandenergyspectrum
analysisofthecorrosionbyproduct,thecausesofcrackingfortubinginaoilwellwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthat
thechemicalcompositionandphysicalandchemicalpropertiesofthetubingmeettheentrustedtechnicalagreement.The
fractureofthetubingismainlycausedbyexcessivetensileload.Thedeformationloadcausedbychangesintemperature,
pressure,andotherfactorsofthedownholefluidcausesthedownholetubingtobearhighertensileloads.Whenthe
ultimatetensilestrengthofthetubingisexceeded,thetubingultimatelyundergoesyieldfracture.Inordertopreventthe
