摘 要 建筑行业是典型的高能耗行业，在国民经济转型发展阶段需要积极推进节能环保理念在建筑设计中的渗

透，抓住建筑节能设计要点，提升建筑设计水平。对此，本文从建筑节能设计的必要性出发，分析建筑节能设计的

要点，探讨现阶段节能设计在建筑设计中的应用问题，并根据问题给出相应的优化建议，希望可以为建筑节能设计

的应用提供一定参考。
