基于Android的工业控制监控软件设计 彭鑫1，谭彰2，黄文君1，王兴华2 工业控制技术国家重点实验室，浙江大学智能系统与控制研究所，杭州 310027； 2.浙江中控技术股份有限公司，杭州，310053） 摘 要：提出了一个基于Android平台的工业控制移动监控软件的解决和设计方案，采用面向对象和层次化设计，利用2D图形开发、无线网络通讯等技术开发了一个具有良好实时性的流程图数据在线显示、报警推送等功能的监控软件。在工厂网络中架设移动终端服务器而不需要改变原有网络拓扑结构即能实现本方案。采用Android NDK开发、多级页表地址映射技术和异步网络传输的方式提升位号点实时数据的传输速度，保证数据的实时性和准确性。实际应用测试表明该软件具有良好的实时性与实用性，为现场人员带来了便捷。 关键词：Android系统；移动监控；控制系统；工业流程图；报警推送 Design of Control System Mobile Monitoring Software Based on Android PENG Xin1, TAN Zhang2 ,HUANG Wen-jun1,WANG Xin-hua2 (1. Hangzhou, 310053) Abstract: This paper puts forward a solution and design which is an Android based industrial control mobile monitoring software. By using the objected-oriented and hierarchical design ,2D graphic development and wireless LAN communication technology it develops a monitoring software with real time flowchart and alarm pushing functions. This design can be realized by erecting mobile terminal severs in the factory network without changing the original network topology. Based on the Android NDK development, multi-level page table address mapping technology and asynchronous network transmission, the software enhance the tags real-time data transmission speed, which ensure the accuracy and real-time of the data. The practical application of the tests show that the software has a good real-time performance and practicality, bringing convenience for field operators.
