摘要
本次设计的任务是5000t/d水泥熟料新型干法生产线烧成系统窑尾工艺设计。预热器主要分为四级预热器和五级旋风预热器两种:其主要区别在于第一级预热器出口废气温度、废气量以个水泥生产线的耗煤量。根据国内新型干法水泥生产的情况,窑尾烟气量可达1.5-1.9 Nm3/kg(煤粉燃烧后产生的理论烟气量为0.8-1.2 Nm3/kg 、0.2-0.4 Nm3/kg的漏风、过剩空气、盐类分解、自由水蒸发、高岭土脱水、空气带入含湿量等)。四级预热器窑由于少了一级预热故本次设计选用五级悬浮预热器。器,其漏风量比五级预及整热器窑有所减少,窑尾预热器烟气量也对应减少。四级预热器但同时四级预热器增加了煤耗,增加煤耗量与增加发电量之比远远大于国家公布的火电标准煤耗表明,四级预热器窑的能源利用效率比五级预热器窑低。五级预热器窑投资虽然有所增加,发电量减少;但煤耗量的减少更为明显,其运行时的经济效益和环境效益明显大于四级预热器窑。

This design is the task of 5000 t/d NSP cement clinker production line firing system preheater process design.
