·1460 · 2008 全国博士生学术论坛电气工程论文集 变电站接地网腐蚀分析及防腐蚀措施 周 蜜 王建国 武汉大学电气工程学院 湖北 武汉 430072 【摘 要】 变电站接地网腐蚀与土壤性质密切相关。本文从电化学腐蚀基本理论出发,首先介绍了变 电站接地网腐蚀的基本类型。为调查变电站接地网腐蚀状况,对分布在广东佛山不同地区 21 个变电站的钢质接地网进行了开挖取样及腐蚀测量,同时对影响土壤腐蚀的相关因素进 行了现场测量及实验室分析。接地网腐蚀速度数据表明,电缆沟内接地体和接地引下线比 主接地网的腐蚀更严重。通过土壤电阻率、pH 值、含水量及含盐量与变电站接地网腐蚀 之间的关系分析表明,这些因素与接地网腐蚀之间都具有一定的规律,但单项土壤腐蚀因 素无法决定变电站接地网的腐蚀,必须考虑多种因素的交互作用。最后讨论了国际及国内 变电站钢接地网采用的防腐蚀措施,综合考虑接地体全面腐蚀和局部腐蚀数据基础上进行 接地体截面选择是有效的防腐蚀方法。 【关键词】 变电站 接地网 全面腐蚀 局部腐蚀 防腐蚀 Corrosion of Substation Grounding Grid and Anticorrosion Measures Zhou Mi Wang Jianguo School of Electrical Engineering ,Wuhan University ,Wuhan 430072 ,Hubei ,China Abstract :Substation grounding grid corrosion is closely related to soil properties. From the basic electrochemical corrosion theory ,different forms of substation grounding grid corrosion are introduced in this paper firstly. In order to investigate the corrosion in substation grounding grid ,21 grounding grids of substations distributed in different areas of Foshan ,Guangdong province were excavated to test corrosion rates of grounding conductors. And relative corrosive factors in the substation soil samples were measured synchronously on the spots and in the lab. Corrosion data show that corrosion in grounding down leads and grounding conductors in cable trenches are more serious than in the main grounding grid.
