摘 要
本次设计以张家洼铁矿选矿厂现场资料为依托,在满足设计任务书的基本要求下,以节能降耗、提高回收率的原则进行设计。为达到生产选择的辅助设施生产设备设计建设和的运营成本节约。设计的内容是厂工艺流程选择计算矿浆流程计算设备选型绘制其中,通过现场考察确定磨矿分级过程采用自磨和闭路球磨。磁选定采用段磁选。地形厂房布置采用布置,自流,节输送。关键词:设计,流程,计算
Abstract
This design is based on the zhangs depression iron ore dressing plant site data, as well as meet the basic requirements to design to the principle of saving energy and reducing consumption, improve the recovery rate.In order to achieve production, chose the best auxiliary facilities and production equipment, in addition the design on the construction cost and operation cost of concentrator did to maximize savings.This design content is: mill plant process selection, calculation, pulp flow calculation, equipment selection, drawing, etc.Among them, grinding classification process by reference to the decision to adopt autogenous grinding and a closed circuit ball mill. Two section of magnetic separation, magnetic separation on the then weak magnetic strong magnetic joint after grinding, to select the maximum residual iron ore. Relative to the iron, the economic value of copper is higher, so the flotation process using one thick one fine two sweep to improve copper recovery rate, increase mill plant yield. Changs depression around the flat terrain, building layout using the ground is decorated, have a certain height difference, magnetic separation, gravity separation pulp gravity, save transportation costs.
