Thisreportisthemid-termreportoftheresearchprojectonenvironmentaljusticeandcompensationmechanism,describingandsummarizingthecurrentprogressoftheproject.

Firstly,thereportbrieflyintroducesthebackgroundandresearchpurposeoftheproject,andclarifiesthebasicideasandmethodsoftheresearch.Then,thereportdiscussesenvironmentaljusticeandcompensationmechanismrespectively.Intermsofenvironmentaljustice,thereportfocusesonanalyzingtheproblemsandchallengesfacedbyChinasenvironmentaljusticeandtheprinciplesandconceptsofformulatingenvironmentaljusticepolicies.Intermsofcompensationmechanism,thereportpaysattentiontotheexistingproblemsofChinascurrentcompensationmechanism,andputsforwardsomeimprovementmeasuresandsuggestions.

Finally,thereportsummarizestheworkcompletedsofar,aswellasthenextresearchplanandobjectives.Thisreportwillprovidevaluablereferenceandinspirationforthein-depthstudyofenvironmentaljusticeandcompensationmechanism.
