基于USB总线的数据采集器/信号发生器的设计 摘 要
随着计算机技术和信号处理技术的飞速发展,使已经提出多年的虚拟仪器逐 步走向现实。本文以基于USB总线的数据采集/信号发生器的研制过程为主要内 容,阐述了以其实现虚拟仪器的具体方案。
本文首先介绍了USB总线技术的相关内容,并在此基础上采用USBl.1协议 和美围国家半导体公司的USBN9604接口芯片完成了全速USB设备接口的开发, 实现了通用计算机与测试设备之间基于USB总线的通信功能,同时,又深入的研 究’T USB2.0规范,并将其要点与USBl.1协议进行了比较分析,采用Cypress公
司的CY7C68013接口芯片设计了USB2.0设备接口,完成了硬件设计及控制程序
的固件设计。
其次,选用了美国Cygnal公司的新型单片机C8051F007作为核心控制器,利 用其内部的12位A/D和D/A转换器,开发了基于USB总线的数据采集/信号发生 器。该设备具有体积小、功耗低、USB总线供电的优点,对激励信号的运算和采 集信号的处理都由通用计算机来完成;充分体现了虚拟仪器的通用性和灵活性。
最后,主机应用程序通过调用API函数,使用操作系统内置的HID驱动程序 和HID类设备进行通信,测试软件在此基础上完成了面向用户接口的USB设备接 口测试仪、虚拟数字示波器和信号发生器。
所设计的数据采集/信号发生器是构建虚拟仪器时不可缺少的硬件组成部分, 实践表明,以其实现的虚拟仪器性能优良,使用灵活、价格低廉。

Abstract
The virtual instrument gradually tums into reality since it first been taken into consideration with the rapid development of the technologies of the computer and data processing.This article is mainly about the design of the data acquisition and signal generator base on USB bus.It is about specific case of realizing the virtual instrument, This article first tells of the contents of the technologies of the USB bus,and use USBl.1 protocol and the USAs National Semiconductor’S USBN9604 interface chip to complete the production of high—speed USB interface device.It makes the communication between PC and testing devices based on USB bus available.In the mean time,study the USB 2.0 criterion,and compare it with the USB 1.1 criterion
thorou曲ly.And used the Cypress company’S CY7C680133 interface chip to made device interface on USB 2.0 criterion,including the hardware and the controlling program.
