SCamp;NH Competition Check Report is one of the key tools for the management to have the updated information of our major competitors. It keeps the management well informed of the market comp situation so that they can apply comp strategy efficiently.

From January of 2004, all SCamp;NH units begin to use the Competition Report Software to prepare the comp report. In order to ensure stores prepare the reports with the software accurately and understand the reports easy, we provide the instructions as below.
从2004年1月开始,所有的购物广场和社区店已开始使用竞争报告处理系统准备竞争报告。为了让每家店能正确地运用这个软件来准备报告和准确地理解这些报告,我们做了以下指引。
I. Software Install软件安装
Before prepare the competition report, store should install the Competition Report Software on C disc of the local PC. Please read the user manual before use the software.
每家店在准备竞争报告前,需在店里电脑的C盘上安装竞争报告处理系统。请先阅读使用说明(会同软件一起安装)再使用软件。
II. Report Preparation报告准备
1. OH/Ops send out the NBBL with the updated company price.
总部营运部发出包含最新的公司价格永不言败清单。
2. Stores uploaded it into the CCD file and print the competition checklist out. (See blow sample)

? First Part, highlighted in yellow, is the updated company price information that is retrieved from system
by OH/Ops. Store should update the retail price and comp price in CCD file when the figure is not matching the actual ones in store system. See price definition as blow,
第一部分反现成黄色的是公司更新的价格信息,由总部运营部从系统中提出。当商店发现市调商品清单中的零售价和竞争价与店里系统显示不同时,需在CCD文件中更新。以下是对每种价格的解释: “Cost w/o VAT” means the cost price w/o VAT, “未税成本价”商品购进的成本不含税价。 “Cost w/h VAT” means the cost price w/h VAT. “含税成本价”商品购进的含税成本价。
“Retail Price” means the system selling price w/h VAT.
“零售价”采购定的含税价。
“Comp Price” means the selling price of comp items that are on comp when the investigation is conducted.
