The whole system, which consists of a DC-DC switching power supply subsystem, a microcontroller subsystem, a voltage control subsystem and a voltage sampling system, accomplishes open loop and close loop control of the output voltage and improve the accurity of the output voltage. This report includes detailed explanations of inner workings of the DC-DC switching power supply; which includes the designing and implementations of its control systems, major functions, required hardware and software ，along with the result of the test of the system, user ’s instructions, etc. The design specifications, plus the debugging process and testing, as well as user instructions manual are also attached in the report.
