精品论文 参考文献 经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗椎间盘突出症82例临床分析 张明朗 尹勇 史艳国 仇正棠 　　梓潼县中医医院 四川绵阳 622150 　　摘要：目的：观察经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：从我院收治入院的椎间盘突出症患者中抽取146例，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组患者实施经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术，对照组患者实施胶原酶溶核术，对比两组患者的治疗效果并通过随访观察其远期预后。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者，远期预后复发率明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术能够有效的治疗椎间盘突出症，且相较胶原酶溶核术的临床疗效更为突出，复发率也有明显降低，可以作为临床治疗腰间盘突出症的首选方法。 　　关键词：经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术；胶原酶溶核术；椎间盘突出症；临床疗效 　　【abstract】objective：to observe the percutaneous intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus enucleation clinical curative effect for the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation.Methods：from our hospital admission of intervertebral disc herniation in patients with extraction of 146 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group and observation group，percutaneous intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus excision technique for the control group patients implement collagenase solution nuclear，contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients and observe the long-term prognosis and follow-up.Results：the observation group of patients，treatment effectiveness is significantly higher than the control group patients long-term prognosis patients with recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group，difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0.05）.Conclusion：percutaneous intervertebral disc excision technique can be effective in the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation of nucleus pulposus，and compare the clinical curative effect of collagenase dissolved the nuclear technique is more outstanding，the recurrence rate also have significantly reduced，can be used as a preferred method in the clinical treatment of the waist dish outstanding disease. 　　【key words】percutaneous intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus excision；Collagenase solution that USES；Intervertebral disc herniation.Clinical curative effect 　　椎间盘突出是临床上引起患者腰腿疼痛最为常见的原因之一，大部分人在其一生中都可发生腰腿痛情况，其中一部分患者甚至被腰腿痛困扰终生，其生活质量受到严重影响。 临床上通常使用的治疗方法是进行外科手术，其中经皮椎间盘髓核摘除术是常用的经典术式，但作为手术本身而言，对患者亦有医源性创伤，且并发症较高。因此有学者提出使用木瓜凝乳蛋白酶进行椎间盘溶
