   盾构隧道侧穿高铁桥梁桩基的影响分析与措施 1 2 1 1 1 姚西平 ,宫全美 ,陈长江 ,刘东坡 ,程云妍 (1.中铁隧道勘测设计院有限公司,天津 300133;2.同济大学道路与交通工程教育部重点实验室,上海 201804) 摘要:结合国内某城市盾构隧道下穿的实际工程,采用三维有限元数值模拟方法,研究盾构穿越施工对高铁桥梁桩基的影响和控 制措施。结果表明:在中风化泥质粉砂岩中,隧道施工完成后,桥梁桩基水平位移背离隧道方向;盾构隧道施工引起桩的最大水平 位移为0.24mm,承台中心最大沉降为0.52mm,产生的最大附加轴力为230kN,变形值及桩底承载力满足规范要求,不必对桥梁桩 基进行主动加固。结合下穿之前的实际掘进试验,提出了盾构近距离下穿高铁桥梁的施工控制措施。计算结果与现场监测数据基 本一致,从而说明模型的合理性。 关键词:盾构隧道;高铁;桥梁桩基;变形 DOI:10.3973/j.issn.1672-741X.2014.S.026 中图分类号:U45     文献标志码:A     文章编号:1672-741X(2014)S-0159-07 StudyonInfluenceofShieldboredTunnelAdjacenttoPiles ofHighspeedRailwayBridgeandCountermeasures 1 2 1 1 1 YAOXiping,GONGQuanmei,CHENChangjiang,LIUDongpo,CHENGYunyan (1.ChinaRailwayTunnelSurvey&DesigninstituteCo.,Ltd.,Tianjin300133,China;2.KeyLaboratoryof RoadandEngineeringoftheMinistryofEducation,TongjiUniversity,Shanghai201804,China) Abstract:Inthisarticle,theFEM3Dnumericalsimulationisbuilttoanalyzetheinternalforcesanddeformationsof piles,withashieldboretunnelcrossingadjacenttopilesofhighspeedrailwaybridge.Theresultsshowthatpilesmove deviatefromthetunnelinhorizontaldirectionafterthetunnelinginmoderatelyweatheredargillaceoussiltstone.The piles’maximalhorizontaldisplacementis0.24mm,thegreatestsettlementofpilecap’scentreis0.52mm,thelargest additionalinternalaxialforceofpilesis230kN.Asboththedeformationandbearingcapacityofthepilescouldmeet thespecificationrequirements,noactivereinforcementisconducted.Thepaperproposedtheprecautionsandsafety measureswhentheshieldtunnelconductedcloselyunderthepileofhighspeedrailwaybridgebasedontheprevioustun nelingexperiment.Besides,therationalityofthesimulationisdemonstratedbytheaccordancebetweenthecomputed resultandpracticalmonitoringdata.
