本设计主要用于检测煤矿井下作业场所一氧化碳气体的含量。本系统采用单片机对传感器检测的一氧化碳气体浓度进行处理,实时显示气体的浓度值,产生相应的声光报警信号提醒工作人员注意。同时,为提高检测精度,系统采用温度补偿措施以补偿传感器温度特性。由上可知,本系统由以下几部分组成:以具有高集成度的AT89C52单片机为核心;采用全球工程巨头英维思公司生产的monox compact-s型一氧化碳传感器,具有高灵敏度和高稳定性,使数据采集更加可靠准确,与运算放大器OP07构成了信号调理电路;采用ADS1110数模转换器构成数模转换电路;利用单总线温度传感器DS18B20构成温度补偿电路,并附加相应的软件设计,来补偿传感器的温度漂移特性;为了便于观察,采用LED数码管利用驱动电路和显示电路实时显示一氧化碳的浓度,并设置了声光报警电路;此外,还采用了红外远程遥控完成参数配置,利用RS-485通信接口,进行远程数据传输,并设计了电流输出电路和频率输出电路。

ABSTRACT
This design is mainly used to the detect the content of carbon monoxide gas of Coal mine working underground place. The system uses SCM to deal with the concentration of carbon monoxide gas detect by sensor, display concentration of gas in every moment,to produce audible and visual alarm signal to remind staff. Meanwhile ,to improve the degree of precision of detection,the system adopts the measure of temperature compensation to makeup for the character of temperature sensor.Thus it can be seen that the system comprises of the following parts:using the AT89C52-monolithicmachine with large scale intergration as the core;putting the side of monox compact-s carbon sensor into use which is produced by the global engineering giant Invensys corporation and has high sensitivity and steadiness to make the collection of data more accurate,which makes up signal opsonization circuit with operation amplifier.employing ADS1110 digifax change circuit ;making use of unibus temperature sensor DS18B20 to make up temperature compensation circuit,and addition to appropriate soft design to compensate the character of temperature sensors.To observe easyly,adopting LED digital tube with driving circuit and manifestation circuit to shoy the concentration of carbon,at the same time setting up sound-optical alarm circuit;besides,putting infrared r
