南 阳 理 工 学 院 材料成型控制工程(大作业) 学 院(系): 机械与汽车工程学院 专 业: 材料成型及控制工程 学 生 姓 名: 郝战怀 学 号: 1202325024 指 导 教 师(职称): 何一文 (讲师) 完 成 日 期: 2015年6月 南阳理工学院 Nanyang Institute of Technology 电感式传感器的研究与设计 [摘 要]:随着科技和工业的自动化快速发展,传感器在在工业自动控制系统中被广泛采用。利用电磁感应原理将被测非电量如位移、压力、应变、流量和密度等参数转换成线圈自感量L或互感量M的变化,再由测量电路转换为电压或电流的变化量输出,这种装置称为电感式传感器。电感式传感器能实现信息的远距离传输、记录、显示和控制的传感器,具有结构简单,工作可靠,测量精度高,零点稳定,输出功率较大等一系列优点,其主要缺点是灵敏度、线性度和测量范围相互制约,传感器自身频率响应低,不适用于快速动态测量。电感式传感器种类很多,本章主要介绍自感式、互感式和电涡流式三种传感器。 [关键词]:电磁感应;电感式;传感器;差动变压 Research and design of inductive sensor Heat measurement and control technology Abstract:With the rapid development of the technology and industry, the sensor is widely used in the industrial automatic control system.. Inductive sensor can realize the long-distance transmission of information, record, display and control the sensor has simple structure, reliable work, high measurement precision, zero point stability and larger output power and a series of advantages, its main disadvantage is mutual restriction of sensitivity, linearity and range of measurement, sensor and its frequency response at low, not suitable for fast dynamic measurement. Many kinds of inductive sensors, this chapter mainly introduces the self inductance, mutual inductance and eddy current sensor three.
