河北大学毕业论文(设计) 熟料破碎机的设计 摘 要 本毕业设计内容为一种锤式破碎机中的熟料破碎机。其工作原理为:电动机带动转子在破碎腔内高速旋转。物料自上部给料口给入机内,受高速运动的锤的打击、冲击、剪切、研磨作用而碎。在下部,设有板碎物料。破碎机的主要工作部件为带有锤子(又称锤头)的转子。转子由主轴、圆盘、销轴和锤子组成。它具有结构简单,破碎比大,生产效率高等特点,可作干、湿两种形式破碎,破碎机适用于矿山、水泥、煤炭、冶金、建材、公路、燃化等部门对中等硬度及脆性物料进行碎破碎机可根据用户要求蓖条调整蓖条间隙,改变出料粒度,以满足不同用户的不同需求。板 Clinker crusher design Abstract The contents of graduates involved in the design for a hammer crusher in the clinker crusher.
