摘 要
乙丙橡胶( EPR) 是以乙烯、丙烯为基本单体的弹性体共聚物,具有优良的物理性能和良好的加工性能,是天然橡胶的最好代用品之一。目前年产量已跃居合成橡胶的第三位,成为世界合成橡胶的重要组成部分。根据聚合反应时是否加入第三单体(非共轭二烯烃)分为二元乙丙橡胶( EPM) 和三元乙丙橡胶( EPDM) 两大类。乙丙橡胶的聚合方法有钒系溶液法、钒系悬浮法、气相法等三种方法。
本设计为年产4.0万吨乙丙橡胶装置聚合工段工艺设计,反应机理是配位阴离子聚合,采用溶液聚合工艺,乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)作为第三单体;采用齐格勒-纳塔催化剂;在此基础上对聚合工段进行物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型计算,绘制了带控制点的流程图、平面布置图及配管图,并编制了设计说明书和计算书。

Abstract
Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) is elastic copolymer with Ethylene, propylene as basic monomer,possess of excellent physical property and favorable processability,and is one of the best substitutes of India rubber. Now it has occupied the third place in rubber word, and becoming more and more important. According to whether non-conjugated diene is added or not during the polyreaction, ethylene-propylene rubber is divided into terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and a non-conjugated diene (EPDM) and ethylene propylene copolymer (EPM).The ethylene propylene rubber copolymerization has three main processes, vanadium solution process, vanadium suspension process, vapour phase process and so on.
The thesis expound craft design about EPR installation with 20.000 tons per year, with polymerization section as processing main subject. The Design adopts solution polymerization craft,with Ethylene, propylene for basic monomer and 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene (ENB) as third monomer;Normal hexane as solvent;Trichloromethyl vanadyl-times semi- halogenations aluminium alkyl as catalyzer;and adopts hydrogen gas as relative molecular weight correctives. At the same time enumerate of material balance and heat balance, equipment lectotype estimate of polymerization section,and draw a . flowchart and make design specification.
