高压开关微机综合保护装置硬件设计
摘 要
煤矿井下电网开关是矿井供电系统的关键设备,它负责向工作面和掘进面的工作机械提供电能。研究高性能的高压开关综合保护装置可以提高供电质量、保障人身安全,完善电网保护不仅具有重要的现实意义而且具有较高的经济价值。
随着煤矿生产规模的增大,井下高压供电电缆数量和距离增加,现场所使用高压防爆开关的保护拒动、误动现象增加,直接影响煤矿井下供电的可靠性和安全性。因此,研究高性能的高压微机保护防爆开关很重要。
本论文根据《煤炭安全规程》的规定,总结高压防爆开关微机保护系统应具有的各项保护功能。以80C196KC单片机为中央控制单元,设计了一种微机高压开关综合保护装置。该装置能自动判断短路、过载、漏电等故障,并对高压电缆的绝缘水平进行实时监测,液晶显示器实现了电网参数的轮流??示,实现了保护系统的数字化。

Abstract
The high-voltage flameproof switchgear is a key apparatus for power supply system in underground mines. The switchgear is used for supplying power energy to HV working machinery or next LV distribution station incoalface. It is hence important to develop a kind of new intelligent protection system with wonderful performances used in flameproof switchgear which can not only improve the supply quality of underground HV distribution system but also perfect its protective properties, Especially can prevent the underground from gas explosion and guarantee the operating safety for underground worker.
With the increasing scale in coal production, and increasing number and distance of high-voltage underground power cables, the phenomenon that the on-site high-pressure explosion-proof switch in use refuse to or maloperate protection increase ,which directly effect the reliability and security of coal mine power supply. Therefore, the study of high-performance microprocessor-based protection of high-pressure explosion-proof switch is very important.
This paper based on the Coal Safety Regulations , concluded various protection the high-pressure explosion-proof switch microprocessor-based protection system should have.Take the 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer as the central control unit, designed an intelligent high voltage switch integrated protection system. The system can determine the short circuit, overload, leakage and other faults automatically, and monitor the level of high voltage cable insulation in real-time.
