叉车门架优化设计及三维建模 摘 要 叉车是物料搬运的一种,属于搬运装卸机械,工作方式是流动性的。叉车的应用也是相当广泛.叉车还可以叫做万能装卸车或者是自动装卸车。叉车是通过在无轨底盘上装备了专用的装卸装置。叉车能够广泛的用于车站、机场、港口、码头、仓库或者是工矿企业等各个部门,用来实现机械式的装载、堆垛和较短距离的运输等,是在物流系统装载机械设备中占有非常重要的地位。 针对我国目前叉车的设计,对叉车门架的结构和性能进行优化设计,目前来看,叉车装置在工作当中还存在很多问题。我们要在生产设计当中特别注意,例如:门架会出现过量变形,轨道面磨损和滑痕,滚轮被压碎。从而提高叉车门架的稳定性、可靠性以及使用寿命。在设计的时候,我们应当充分了解叉车门架的结构特性和使用性能,并进行三维建模和有限元分析,从而进行优化并确定最后各参数。 关键词:;门架;滚轮;货叉;叉架;三维建模;有限元分析 Forklift truck door frame optimization design and 3 d modeling Forklift flow belongs to the type of transportation and handling machinery, is one of the types of material handling. widely.
