Abstract:With the development of the times, the role of the truck crane is increasingly clear, modern construction projects dependent on increasing truck crane. In recent years, the amount of crane installation engineering is increasing. Therefore, for truck cranes, especially the increasing demand for high-powered forklift crane. When the large power engine output torque is selected,must be matched with a good drive to meet the current rapid forklift truck, high efficiency and high benefit. The single-stage reduction drive axle has become the development direction of the forklift truck.
This paper mainly is the main reducer for the single - grade reduction drive axle. Firstly, the structure and basic parameters of the main reducer are determined. Then determine the design scheme. Finally, calculate the data of the main reducer. In this paper, the gear type is a spiral bevel gear for the main reducer design, It can effectively improve the transmission efficiency of the main reducer.
