高速列车载荷频率及载荷谱特性研究的中期报告 摘要： 本中期报告主要研究了高速列车的载荷频率及载荷谱特性。首先，通过实际测试得到了高速列车的垂向载荷与侧向载荷的频率分布情况，发现载荷频率主要集中在10 Hz至100 Hz之间。接着，根据载荷频率分析得到了高速列车的较为典型的载荷谱，包括垂向载荷与侧向载荷的加速度谱与有效值谱。最后，利用所得载荷谱特性数据，计算了某高速列车钢轮轴箱的应力情况，并对其进行了初步的分析与评估。 关键词：高速列车；载荷频率；载荷谱；钢轮轴箱；应力 Abstract: This mid-term report mainly studies the load frequency and load spectrum characteristics of high-speed trains. First, the frequency distribution of vertical load and lateral load of high-speed trains was obtained through actual testing, and it was found that the load frequency was mainly concentrated between 10 Hz and 100 Hz. Then, based on the load frequency analysis, a relatively typical load spectrum of high-speed trains was obtained, including the acceleration spectrum and effective value spectrum of vertical load and lateral load. Finally, using the obtained load spectrum characteristic data, the stress situation of a steel wheel axle box of a certain high-speed train was calculated, and a preliminary analysis and evaluation were carried out.
