关于国内商业银行信用卡部门利润中心改制的研究——以Z银行为例的中期报告
摘要:
本文以Z银行信用卡部门的利润中心改制为例子,对国内商业银行信用卡部门利润中心改制的情况进行了研究。首先,文中对信用卡行业的发展历程进行了简要介绍,并对国内商业银行信用卡部门利润中心改制的现状进行了分析。接着,本文对Z银行信用卡部门利润中心改制的背景、实施过程及其改制效果进行了详细分析。在该分析中,本文特别关注了Z银行信用卡部门利润中心改制前后的营收、费用、净利润和市场占有率等方面的变化。最后,本文基于对Z银行信用卡部门利润中心改制的研究结果,提出了在国内商业银行信用卡部门利润中心改制中应该注意的问题,以此为参考,为未来国内商业银行信用卡部门的利润中心改制提供一些有价值的参考意见和建议。

Abstract:
This paper takes the profit center reform of Z Banks credit card department as an example to study the reform of profit center of commercial banks credit card departments in China. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the development history of the credit card industry and analyzes the current situation of the profit center reform of commercial banks credit card departments in China. Then, this paper analyzes the background, implementation process and reform effect of the profit center reform of Z Banks credit card department in detail. In this analysis, this paper pays special attention to the changes in revenue, expenses, net profit and market share before and after the profit center reform of Z Banks credit card department. Finally, based on the research results of the profit center reform of Z Banks credit card department, this paper puts forward some valuable suggestions and suggestions for attention in the reform of the profit center of commercial banks credit card departments in China, with a view to providing some reference for the future reform of the profit center of commercial banks credit card departments in China.
