三种药物联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨铝碳酸镁咀嚼片联合吗丁啉、泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 以2010年4月～2013年4月间来院治疗的胆汁反流性胃炎368例患者为研究对象， 随机分为观察组和对照组，每组 184例，其中观察组患者采用铝碳酸镁联合吗丁啉、泮托拉唑治疗，对照组患者采用吗丁啉、泮托拉唑联合安慰剂硫糖铝治疗。治疗结束后对比两组患者在临床疗效、胃镜检查结果、呕吐胆汁及腹痛症状消失时间之间的差异。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组中胃黏膜有充血、糜烂、胆汁染色症状的患者所占比例明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者呕吐胆汁和腹痛、腹胀、早饱症状消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 铝碳酸镁联合吗丁啉、泮托拉唑治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效好，症状改善明显。 　　[关键词] 胆汁反流性胃炎；影响因素；铝碳酸镁 　　[中图分类号] R575.39 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）23-0028-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hydrotalcite combined with domperidone，pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets for bile reflux gastritis. Methods Selected 368 bile reflux gastritis patients from April 2010 to April 2013 in the hospital as the research object，they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， each group of 184 patients. The observation group was treated with hydrotalcite combined with domperidone，pantoprazole，but control group were treated with domperidone， pantoprazole combined with placebo sucralfate. After the treatment， the difference of clinical effect， clinical symptoms and the characteristics of gastric juice were statistical analyzed between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After treatment，the observation group in gastric mucosal hyperemia，erosion， the proportion of patients with bile symptomatic was significantly lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；The observation group patient’s vomiting and abdominal pain，abdominal distension，bile early satiety symptoms disappeared earlier than the control group， the difference was statistical significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of hydrotalcid combined with domperidone，pantoprazole for bile reflux gastritis，that effective rate is higher， improve symptoms significantly. 　　[
