摘 要
对于各种院校来说,利用计算机支持院校高效率完成管理的日常事务,是适应现代院校制度要求、推动院校事务管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件;而高校后勤管理是一项琐碎、复杂而又十分细致的工作,如果实行人工操作,须人工填制表格以及计算费用等等,这就会耗费工作人员大量的时间和精力,计算机进行高校后勤管理,不仅能够保证数据准确无误、快速输出,而且还可以利用计算机对有关信息进行统计,服务于院校及其他方面的核算。高校后勤管理系统,具有人工查询所无法比拟的优点。例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高学校日常事务管理的效率,也是院校的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。
本高校后勤管理系统主要包括“学生信息的管理”、“楼宇信息管理”、“水费信息管理”、“电费信息管理”和“系统用户管理”等模块。它主要对学生宿舍的用水用电情况进行统计,便于学生和后勤人员查询。节省了大量的人力劳动,方便于学生随时查看自己宿舍里的使用情况。

Abstract
For a variety of institutions, the use of computer support for the institutions to complete the management of an efficient day-to-day affairs, is a demand for a system to meet the needs of modern institutions, the management of their affairs to promote the scientific and standardization of the necessary conditions; and utilities is a query of trivial, complex and very detailed work, if the manual operation required to manually calculate the cost of forms and fill in and so on, which will cost a lot of staff time and energy utilities computer inquiries, not only to ensure that data accurate, fast output, but also can make use of the computer information on the statistics, the service academies and other aspects of accounting. Query system utilities with inquiries artificial advantages unmatched. For example: the rapid search to find convenient, high reliability and large storage capacity, the confidentiality of a good, long life and low cost. These advantages can greatly improve the efficiency of day-to-day affairs, but also the institutions of scientific and standardized management, and an important condition for the rest of the world.
