Abstract
Recent years, the logistics industry has a rapid development in our country, but found that has become a bottleneck restricting the development of logistics industry for the problem of low service level and poor quality.
The study found that customer perceived value can be as a tool of enterprises to strengthen their own advantages. So I think that it is imperative for logistics enterprises to do the research about the logistics services perceived value to improve the core competitiveness, on the background of electrical business logistics.
Since the 21st century, most scholars who research on logistics services perceived value is still in its surface level, there are few scholars from the aspects of service perceived value driving factors, deeply analysis and research on perception for logistics services.
Therefore, this study bases on the theory of customer perceived value which belong Philip Kotler, Zeithaml and Sheth, and the theory of logistics service perceived value driving factors which belong Li aiguo (2007), He lingjun (2012) and Zhang yuanxiao (2014) , and combines the content of logistics activity, to develop a conceptual model and probe into the relationship between perceived image, perception of aging, perceived relationship, perceived currency price, perceived quality and perceived information, do a theoretical and empirical research impact factors of logistics services perceived value and path analysis , to raising
